In the evening Senior Chef Ludwig and his kitchen team will spoil you with alpine - mediterranean dishes that leave nothing to be desired.
A delicious 5-course menu awaits you, which is specially adapted to your needs. Beginning with a light salad buffet to satisfy your first hunger, it continues with something delicious from the soup pot. Then, homemade pasta dishes and warm starters, inspired by the Mediterranean cuisine and refined by alpine influences. But the highlight of every evening is the main course: choose between a meat dish or our vegetarian creations. But that is not all! The third variant of our main course is specially adapted to your personal wishes. This means that even our guests who have intolerances and allergies will not be left out. Finally, we serve you homemade desserts from our patisserie - apple strudel, apricot dumplings and much more. If you wish, you can then help yourself to the cheese buffet with fresh seasonal fruit or at the ice cream counter.
It is very important to us that our dishes come straight from the oven to your table and are enjoyed fresh. Therefore we ask our guests to respect the entrance times of the dinner.
Anyone who would like to have a drink at our house bar before or after dinner is of course very welcome. Selected wines, finest brandies or fresh cocktails - we will be happy to advise you!
