Some information about your booking
at Hotel Seehauser in Welschnofen
We are already looking forward to your stay, as much as you are looking forward to your holiday with us! So that your time out at the foot of the Rosengarten is satisfactory and free from misunderstandings, we have included some helpful information about your booking.
Important information about prices and rooms
- The prices are per person/day for a double room with half board and all-inclusive services of the hotel
- The prices of offers are per person/week including the weekly programme (if applicable), unless otherwise stated
- Single room surcharge € 20,00
- Only rooms with breakfast: minus € 10,00 per person/day in double room
- Dogs must unfortunately stay outside! We ask for your understanding that your four-legged darling is not allowed to enter the hotel.
- Local tax: We must charge a local tax (residence tax) of € 2.90 per person and day for guests aged 14 and over, which is not included in our prices and must be paid on site in cash.
- NEW 13.12.2020: new and free ski bus service between the two ski areas of Obereggen and Carrezza and direct bus connection to the cross-country skiing paradise on the Lavazè Pass.
- NEW 2021 Guest Pass Eggental: free ski and hiking buses in the Eggen Valley and free use of public transport throughout South Tyrol
- Room requests: We are happy to arrange your desired room. Bed linen for allergy sufferers, hard or soft mattresses, various pillows are available. However, we are unable to guarantee fixed room numbers or floors. The rooms are subject to availability. Floor plans and furniture can vary slightly. However, we do our best to ensure you get the room you want!
- The room is available from 12 pm on the day of arrival. The room is available until 10 am on the day of departure. Subject to availability, late departures are possible with a surcharge of € 20.00 per person.
- We prefer payments to be made in cash, but offer the possibility of paying the invoice by bank transfer, EC card or VISA/credit card.
- Your four legged friends have no access to the hotel and must stay outside! We thank you for your understanding
Prices for children in extra beds in the parents room:
- Kids up to 3 years € 20.00 per day
- Kids from 3 to 6 years -50%
- Kids from 6 to 12 years -30%
- Kids from 12 years -20%
Cancellation conditions
Sometimes something unforeseen can happen before you start your trip, preventing you from enjoying your well-earned holiday in Eggental as planned. In this case, we have to charge cancellation costs. Depending on the time of cancellation we can make some concessions:
- With cancellation up to 30 days prior to arrival, no cancellation costs will be charged.
- With cancellation 29 to 15 days prior to arrival, we charge 50% of the booking value.
- With cancellation 14 to 4 days prior to arrival, we charge 70% of the booking value.
- With cancellation within 3 days before arrival, late arrival, early departure or no show we charge 100% of the booking value.
To avoid unwelcome surprises, we recommend you take out travel cancellation insurance. If you do start a booked stay at all, or arrive late or depart early, you will have to cover the accruing costs.
Due to the current situation, cancellations that can be proven to be directly related to the pandemic remain free of charge until 10 days before arrival.
